Direct Roving
Direct Roving for filament Winding, Pultrusion, and Weaving.
It is a roving produced by directly winding a certain number of individual fibers from the bushing without twist. It is coated with silane based size and is designed for reinforcing unsaturated polyester, expoxy, vinylester and phenolic resins.
It is specially used to produce GRP FRP pipes, Pressure vessels, gratings and profiles and, when converted into woven rovings, boats and chemical storage tanks. With filament winding, pultrusion and weaving process.
It is typically used to produce GRP boat hulls, sanitary apparatus, pipes, automotive parts cooling towers.

Package:
Direct Roving are available in a small carton box containing a single package or a pallet containing layers of packages. Package weight ranges from 16kg. In case of palletizing, each package is wrapped with a shrinking plastic film. Each pallet contains three or fours layers with 16 packages per layer (totally 48 or 64 per pallet) or with 12 packages per layer (totally 36 or 48 per pallet).
